Anyone in the community can book our versatile meeting spaces.

Whether you are a Masthead Member or not, anyone in the community can use our fully equipped meeting spaces. Monthly meeting plans include free meeting room hours allotments and discounted member rates.

Tables and whiteboards/TVs can be arranged to accommodate your meeting needs. They are fully equipped with audio/video collaboration technology, wide screen LED displays, and whiteboards.

Additionally, our state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces are available to rent by the hour for both members and non-members.

Meeting Space FAQs

Do I have to be a member to rent a meeting room?

Definitely not. Members do get a 50% discount on meeting space hours over what is included in our plans. But our rooms are incredibly affordable for any group who needs a business-related space to gather, all are welcome!

Do you allow outside catering?

Yes, you can arrange your own catering or you can order through our Community Manager for a 10% surcharge.

Are the rooms equipped with AV?

Whether your attendees are all in person or hybrid, we have the technology and professional environment to help make your meeting a success.

Do you have an AV technician onsite?

Our Community Manager is fully trained on the AV systems. Our AV tech service provider in on-call and can be onsite for mission-critical presentations for an additional charge.

We have adapters for most needs but to be on the safe side, bring an adapter for your computer appropriate for a VGA connection
